We're on the hunt for a visionary 3D artist to join us remotely or in our Berlin office who doesn't just work on projects but builds worlds with us. What You'll Do:

• Sculpt and animate 3D models, engaging in world-building for web platforms and immersive AR/VR experiences.
• Innovate and experiment alongside our team, pushing creative and technical boundaries.
• Champion in-house expertise, contributing unique 3D materials to our narrative-driven projects.
• Infuse motion into 3D elements, enhancing our brand's voice and storytelling prowess.
• Collaborate actively in our digital experimentation lab, merging diverse skills and insights to forge groundbreaking work.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of deep involvement as a 3D artist in real-time rendering environments such as web or games.
• Mastery of 3D software, including but not limited to Houdini and Blender.
• Proficient in texturing applications like Substance Painter.
• A digital-native mindset with a refined sense of animation dynamics.
• Versatility in 3D modelling techniques, emphasising efficiency and optimisation for web rendering.
• A proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a spirit of collaboration that thrives in a team environment.
• Commitment to results, personal responsibility for project outcomes, and a friendly, team-oriented vibe.
• Flexibility with work schedules and proficiency in English, facilitating global collaborations.
