Prior to his role at Deutsch LA, Richard was the Experience Design Director for DT in Melbourne, Australia - where he oversaw all visual and user experience design across Australia’s biggest brands such as; Honda, Bunnings, National Australia Bank, Optus, Bank of New Zealand, Mercer, Fisher & Paykel and many more. With a career grounded in Industrial Design in New Zealand, he has significant and diverse design experience through product and experience design interface design, strategic trend analysis and consumer behavioral research. He is able to bring measurable success for both client ROI and customer satisfaction by delivering engaging world class experiences across all customer touch points. Overall his design success has been recognized with 30+ international design awards including Webbys, iF Awards, Red Dot, AIDA Good Design Awards, NZ Bests Awards, IDEA, CES Innovation Awards, Australian Business Innovation, IBO, Awwwards & CSS site of the day.
