Ford creates a web platform to answer the public's questions about the brand, its products and technology. Ford Answers was launched during Brazil's auto show and focused on creating a very transparent relationship with its audience. The website featured a live sphere that grew and evolved with each question sent and the answers were shared in video, audio or text format. Highly ranked Ford staff and specialists from all fields were responsible for answering the questions and Ford was able to reply to 100% of the questions sent in.
