UX Strategist & Designer

Isadora Agency is looking for a strategic thinker. The UX Strategist & Designer is looking to enhance the way people engage and interact with brands online. You’ll be part of a team of specialists concepting, strategizing and crafting enjoyable user experiences that push the envelope. You will lead several UX efforts and assist in the creation of powerful, intuitive and interactive web user experiences across websites, mobile, apps, marketing campaigns, design systems, microsites, and full-scale eCommerce.

The right candidate should have at least 5 years' experience creating strategic user experiences for medium-large scale brand website projects that solve objectives while remaining bold and highly engaging. As a strategist you’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Visual Designers, Digital Producers & even Developers to bring to life terrific and intuitive user experiences for various market leaders, innovators and global brands.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic thinker especially as it relates to website and mobile app interaction

Deep understanding and curiosity of purpose behind user behavior of different user groups

Ability to concept and create compelling user experiences online that maximize user engagement and deliver on business results

Research, & create detailed assets like site maps, user flows, wire-frames, etc.

Ensure UX deliverables are detailed, client ready & adhere to high standards

Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Stay current with industry standard tools and technologies

Help drive evolving UI/UX trends

Essential Requirements

A portfolio(required) consisting of polished & client ready UX Design examples

5 + years of product development or user experiencewith a focus on UI/UX

UX design background with a focus on visual simplicity, interaction and high engagement

Highly organized with strong execution skills

Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)

High proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & UX related tools

High quality standards and a desire to produce forward thinking work
