We're after remarkable talent with skills across these three areas:
1. User research
Through questions, discovery and workshops, you read between the lines of a client brief. You question and observe their users to uncover true goals and needs. The importance of organising information isn't lost on you. This skill sets you apart.
2. User experience
You start with sitemaps and end with genuinely useful solutions. Job stories and user flows precede your wireframes, which are high fidelity, interactive and ready for testing. You design for the nuances that differentiate web, mobile and app contexts and are across Human Interface and Material Design guidelines.
3. User interface
You understand that a digital tool is only useful if people enjoy using it. You have the visual design skills to beautifully bring a wireframe to life and honour the brand identity. Your work complies with WCAG AA 2.0 and you create well documented UI kits that developers can implement straight away.
You have unparalleled attention to detail and are great at giving and taking feedback within a team. You're a natural communicator, confident when presenting your work and can manage a schedule of multiple projects at once.
We use Figma but are open to your workflow if you're a Sketch or XD kind of person.
