As part of Lynksen team, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through visual storytelling and innovative design solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on how we communicate our mission to the world.

⚫️ Responsibilities:

 

🐾 Design of visual assets: Design icons, banners, infographics, and other marketing materials for websites and social media. 

🐾 Print design: Prepare brochures and other printed materials in accordance with brand standards. 

🐾 Presentation design: Create online presentations that align with the company's visual standards. 

🐾 Prototyping and mockups: Develop prototypes and mockups in Figma for further development and integration. 

🐾 Animation: Create animated graphics for use in marketing materials, videos, and web projects. 

🐾 Branding: Support and develop the company's visual identity, ensuring that all graphic materials adhere to brand standards. 

🐾 Creative solutions: Collaborate with the team to find innovative and creative solutions for various projects. 

🐾 Analysis and implementation of new ideas: Continuously monitor trends in graphic design and marketing to introduce new ideas into projects.

⚫️ Requirements:

🐾 1+ year of experience in the IT sector in a similar role.

🐾 English at B2+ level.

🐾 Software skills: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). 

🐾 UI/UX: Knowledge of basic UI/UX design principles and experience working with Figma. 

🐾 Graphic design: Skills in creating vector graphics, infographics, icons, banners, and other marketing materials. 

🐾 Animation: Ability to work with tools for creating animated graphics (After Effects, Spine, etc.). 

🐾 Personal qualities: High level of creativity, attention to detail, ability to solve problems independently, and adapt to changing project requirements. 

🐾 Trends: Understanding of current trends in design and marketing, with a willingness to implement new ideas into the workflow.
