The role

You are a multidisciplinary designer with a growth mindset enabling you to be open to guidance while also being proactive in offering solutions. You have a great design sense and fluency in video and digital design. As the digital designer, you will work as part of a close-knit brand team bringing to life solutions that delight and spark inspiration. Working collaboratively with the marketing and product design teams, you’ll be responsible for executing on the brand direction across multiple digital channels such as websites, social media, videos, webinars, and virtual events.


• Take direction from creative managers to create effective and impactful design solutions that work across all channels-marketing sites, social media, emails, presentations, webinars, and virtual events

• Develop video, animation, and motion design solutions that tell our story-promoting our mission and goals

• Ensure an excellence with a high level of quality, execution, and consistency

• Understand our organizational values and goals and use them to develop design solutions that show an understanding of our audience and business needs

• Present work to other designers and peers with sound rationale and a deep understanding of the problem you are solving

• Develop resources, guidelines, and templates that empower the organization to create beautiful and thoughtful materials that are consistent with our brand

• Collaborate and ideate with multidisciplinary teams including marketing managers, content managers, and product designers for a wide range of design needs

• You are precise, detail-oriented, and consistently meet deadlines with an attitude that no job is too big or too small.

Skills And Experience

• 4+ years’ design experience at an organization or agency

• Portfolio of beautiful, compelling marketing and brand-oriented work, with an emphasis on digital design showing your direct contributions

• Comfortable designing from scratch as well as responding to established brand direction

• Ability for video storytelling through editing, audio, and typographic elements

• Solid knowledge of interaction design, technology, usability, and experience design

• Up-to-date on web standards and accessibility requirements

• Experience working with business and marketing stakeholders, receiving feedback, and adapting work

• Experience presenting work to stakeholders, developing rationale, and iterating based on feedback

• Giving and receiving constructive feedback in design review with your peers

The pay range for this position is ($70,000 - $80,000) per year. Base pay may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market location, and geography. Our total compensation package includes a no-cost health insurance premium option, an employer-funded retirement plan, and a generous paid time off program for all benefits-eligible staff.
