Cher Ami is a digital agency based in Lyon, consisting of 20 individuals. We produce innovative communication solutions with a strong focus on technology and creativity. Job description

Cher Ami is looking for an artistic director for its creative pole from September 2024. You will join a passionate team to give life to beautiful communication ideas. You will work directly and daily with the creative teams and the creative director of the agency , but also interact daily with the entire agency (project managers, developers, motion designer). You will have a key role in designing unique and memorable digital experiences.

Role and qualification

• Present and argue ideas internally
• Present and argue to large customers during weekly and mock-up presentations
• Participate in tenders
• Ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the project and until its completion
• Understand and work with the different teams
• Participate in the studio’s creative monitoring
• Be autonomous
• Alert teams to potential issues
• Take a step back from what is producedn to make design decisions for the project
• Have a good UX thinking in terms of interface design
• Respect and transmit (to newcomers) methods and good practices
• High productivity

Profile required

• You have a training in school of communication, applied art…
• You have a solid experience of the professional world, at least 4 years, preferably in a communication agency
• Your positive energy allows you to be creative on the solutions to implement, while listening to customers and users
• You are curious and constantly seek to develop your creativity and you appreciate teamwork
• You have a creative culture, you like beautiful ideas, good words and sharp technical issues
• You are organized, tenacious and you know how to be rigorous on the deadlines of a project to achieve qualitative and creative deliverables

Fluency in professional English is a plus
