Working with Big Brands: Examples of Success

Working with Big Brands: Examples of Success
It seems like a general rule that when creative teams work with big names or large institutions the final results aren't at all similar to what the team had in mind at the beginning of the process. The ebb and flow of creativity and ideas is easy at first with all the adrenaline and excitement of having landed a large account. But then comes the execution of the project, the process. Of course, these organizations know their audience better than you do, so it's a job that has to be done jointly. Large companies tend to have large teams which equals many opinions at once. And when their opinions are dissonant amongst each other, it just gets worse. The rule is always to provide customer satisfaction but not at the cost of effective design and usability. It can be a sweat-breaking process. Creatives often forget that brands and organizations hire agencies for their expertise and make the common mistake of letting the client make crucial design decisions for the sake of pleasing them. It's important to establish fluent communication and well-defined roles from the start and be able to articulate decisions effectively, of course, keeping the policy that clients should be listened to always and without exception. Agencies that manage to not only pull through but also achieve amazing results have lots of credit. Then again, those big brands and institutions also deserve some recognition during the process because in the end it's up to both parts to produce incredible work. Today we leave you with a just few successful examples of great results while working with big names.
