ELVPHD.org
This health department website was created with ease of navigation in mind. ELVPHD serves four small counties in rural Nebraska USA, just outside of Omaha. As such, it services a wide demographic including lower, middle and upper income families. With such a diverse user base, we created a site that incorporates multiple navigation paradigms built in. This includes large icons, obvious link fields for the seeing impaired, simple drop-down menus, and intuitive 'sort by' functionality for quick access to important articles. All done with the expressed intent to create a public health website that is as easy to look at as it is to use. As a result ELVPHD.org is a better content delivery mechanism for the important public health initiatives this agency provides.
