From leading the charge in UI design for our learning platform to ideating and crafting stunning visuals, your creative touch will be felt across our platform. Collaborating closely with our learning experts and technical professionals, you'll be a key player in creating an e-learning environment that visually and essentially stands out. Pushing the creative boundaries of education through design-led storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design charge for our new learning platform, ensuring a seamless blend of appearance, interactivity, and usability.
  • Designing captivating content for our platform, turning your ideas into story-driven visuals.
  • Support the product lead in shaping our UX strategy, understanding users, and integrating new functionalities to align with our product's vision.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our tech experts to transition your designs seamlessly from design to development.
  • Own and manage projects from concept to completion, contributing your creative flair at every step.

Job requirements:

  • Master in Figma. Leading product design phases from wireframes to prototypes.
  • Architect when it comes to establishing and navigating design systems, with the required attention to detail.
  • Creative maestro, senior with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign). Knowledge & experience of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  • Translate creative briefs to designs by self-sufficiently navigating the different stages from ideating to the delivery of your designs.
  • Proven ability to use human-centered insights and design thinking to answer business questions and uncover human truths.
  • Sharp analytical skills, ability to problem through thinking strategically and using common sense.
  • Experience with Webflow? You're our superhero!
  • Stellar communication and collaboration skills, whether you're working remotely or on-site.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease while maintaining your creative mojo.
  • Innate curiosity and passion for telling human centric stories.
  • A plus if you're keeping up to speed with new AI technologies to enhance creative concepts!

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
  • Must have accumulated 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio and resume showcasing multiple UX/UI design cases.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design or illustrative work.
