Pyrmd is a cutting-edge design and stealth-stage growth studio with a specialized focus on designing complex, meticulous and beautiful SaaS and Webflow projects. Joining our team means you'll be at the vanguard of crafting exceptional digital experiences for stealth-stage tech B2B startups. We strategize, design, elevate and monetize our clients' most vital assets: their SaaS and Web platforms. We're currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead UX/UI to be an integral part of our team to lead development of enterprise level SaaS and Webflow projects.

What you’ll do

As our Lead UI/UX Designer you will direct projects and lead our design team to create highly intuitive, slick user experiences and interfaces for complex enterprise-level SaaS and Webflow.

Oversee and conduct thorough user research and usability testing to guide and shape insight-driven design decisions.

Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to drive, evolve and refine robust design systems, ensuring visual cohesion and efficiency across all touch points.

Oversee and develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, including style guides and stylescapes, using Figma, Relume, Spline etc.

Collaboratively share knowledge, techniques, tools, resources, and expert advice with our teams.

Contribute to team-wide resources and training materials, including methods, guides, loom videos, presentations, and design toolkits.

  • 4+ years in Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer roles (your experience as Mid/Jr doesn't count towards this experience).
  • 3+ years working in tech startups, top-shelf digital studios or agencies delivering robust and immersive web and application experiences.
  • Strongly inspired and deep understanding of user-centered fluid design principles and usability.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your work of interactive and immersive real-world commercial experiences.
  • Proven track record of leading design processes and teams.
  • Expert level in Figma.
  • Fluent English.

Must have soft skills

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
  • Have a strong drive and capacity to adapt to new technologies and be on the top of web design trends (interactions, transitions, animations, typography and new ways of designing websites and applications).
  • A true team player and are open to sharing knowledge.
  • You always meet deadlines and have the ability to multitask.
  • Meticulous in maintaining high design standards while pushing projects forward with agility.
  • Open-mindedness, adaptability and drive to learn new things.
  • You have a keen eye for design and attention to the smallest details.

Nice to haves

  • Not a stranger to CSS.
  • Experience in conducting user research.
  • Experience in no-code/low code (Webflow).
  • Experience in working with engineering teams to help implement designs to perfection.
  • At ease with collaborative tools for project management (Notion, Airtable, Slack, ClickUp, etc).
  • You are passionate about interaction and motion to help get the message across.
  • Bonus points for Spanish.
