Welch Allyn medical products, services and solutions are used by healthcare professionals at the point of care in acute and primary settings all around the world. After collecting customer feedback, we determined that the existing website was not offering our customers the online experience they wanted and needed. The new website takes the Welch Allyn online experience to the next level. Modern tools include: Quick Tools for easy access to the information our customers need—like checking an order status, finding a distributor, identifying a part number and more. Online Service & Support that allows customers to submit a repair, register for a warranty, or quickly troubleshoot a product issue with our Answer Center—which has more than 300 new FAQs, “how-to” videos and a document library. An Insights & Research section offering clinical white papers and webinars to help keep medical professionals up to date with the latest trends and to help make decisions on which Welch Allyn products are right for them. Simple contact and social connecting tools. In addition, the new site is mobile-, tablet- and desktop-friendly.
