Front-End Developer

Built By Silo is looking for a dynamic Front-end Developer who doesn't just write code but brings web designs to life. At our agency, you'll be part of a creative team that values innovative solutions and eye-catching user interfaces while working on projects ranging from Local Businesses, eCommerce Store Fronts, Web-based Games, and Applications. Your primary role will be to develop and build websites using React (specifically Next.js). We believe in building experiences, not just websites, so your ability to transform design concepts into functional and engaging components is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking Web Designs and converting them into functional React components and building out premium websites for our array of clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that align with the vision for the project.
• Utilize modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Chakra UI to craft responsive and visually appealing experiences..
• Implement animations and interactive elements using Framer Motion and GSAP to enhance user experience.
• Explore and integrate 3D elements into web projects using Three.js or React Three Fiber, adding an extra dimension to our web applications.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in React and Next.js, with a solid understanding of their core principles.
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Chakra UI, ensuring a seamless, responsive design.
• Ability to work with motion design and animation libraries like Framer Motion and GSAP.
• Familiarity with 3D web technologies, specifically Three.js or React Three Fiber, is highly desirable.
• A team player who is eager to collaborate with creative minds and contribute to innovative projects.
• Organized and focused with the ability to work independently and on multiple projects at the same time.
• Bonus Points: A proficient designer to help work directly with clients to map out the vision for the project and carry it through to production.
