We had the oportunity to read two new books by Smashing Magazine: Smashing Book #3 and Smashing Book #3 ?, both dedicated to the same topic: Redesign.
The books analyze the key concepts to be able to implement a good web redesign project, from it's initial planning, content analysis, objectives, recurring errors and dangers, choice of platform, the use of new technologies like Html5, CSS3 or Javascript, and highlight the importance of "responsive design" provoked by the rapid evolution of mobile devices (Tablets and Smartphones). Each chapter is written by renowned specialists such as Elliot Jay Stocks, Paul Boag, Rachel Adrew, Ben Schwarz, David Storey, Lea Verou, Christian Heilmann, Andy Clarke, Stephen Hay, among others. That makes this book a must-read for all those professionals that need to make a qualitative leap in the future projects.
