4. Free updates for compatibility with future Framer releases.

Refund policy

Because templates are delivered instantly as digital goods, purchases are generally final.

Refunds are considered within 14 days if the template is materially broken or does not match its description and the issue can’t be resolved through support.

Refunds aren’t offered for change of mind, incompatibility with an unpaid plan, or extensive modifications made after purchase.
