Webflow Developer + Potential to Lead Our Webflow Department

This role starts as a 40hr/month retainer monthly contract and can grow into a part/full time role in the next few years.

Our Webflow and Branding firm is looking to bring on one new Webflow developer. If you’re goal is to: build and manage top notch client websites with the goal to always be improving, create awesome relationships with clients, and potentially grow into a leadership Webflow role to grow our capacity, this is the role for you as you’ll play a key part in growing new parts of our agency.

A few quick items the ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience with Lumos methodology (we are switching all of our work to Lumos and you will help be the driving force behind this)
2. Ideally you are located in LATAM or can work US timezones (we are starting to centralize our team in the LATAM region)
3. Have an incredible attention to detail, care deeply about improving your work/self, and are great at making clients happy (you will deal directly with clients)
