UX/UI Information Architect and Interactive Designer (Contract, with path to full time)

Stealth startup is looking for a UX/UI Information Architect and Interactive Designer to help shape the structural foundation of our web experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile. We have a sophisticated headless platform already in place, including APIs and data integrations. Our first web presentation is live and active. We are now turning toward advancing the experience for MVP, and we need a designer who can bring clarity, structure, and scalable interaction design to the core of the site.

You will design the core templates for our homepage, landing pages, editorial story pages, and commerce surfaces, defining layout rules, reusable components, and interaction patterns that can be built cleanly and maintained over time. This is a role for a systems minded, contemporary interactive design wizard who thrives at startup pace and collaborates smoothly with creative and product. You’ll work closely with our creative lead for direction and taste, and partner day to day with our product development lead and engineers to ensure designs translate into production. Contract to start, with a strong path to full time for the right person.
