Senior Web Designer

Isadora Agency is looking for a Senior Web Designer to help create expressive, high-impact digital experiences for ambitious brands. If you love concepting, crafting refined UI, and pushing modern web design forward, you’ll fit right in. We believe the best design blends craft, clarity, and imagination — and we hold that standard in everything we create.

What you’ll do

1. Lead the visual direction for large websites and campaigns
2. Craft high fidelity UI, design systems, and interactive components
3. Turn brand strategy into compelling digital storytelling
4. Collaborate closely with a small senior-level design team, plus UX, strategy, motion, and development
5. Present work with clarity and strong creative rationale
6. Report directly to the agency’s Creative Director
7. Elevate team output through feedback, exploration, and craft

What we’re looking for

1. 5 or more years designing websites or digital products
2. A portfolio showing strong visual design, interaction, and system thinking
3. Mastery of Figma and modern responsive design patterns
4. Ability to concept, iterate, and execute with speed and intention
5. Understanding of accessibility and dev-friendly workflows
6. Confident communicator who can guide clients and teammates

Bonus points

1. Motion or prototyping skills (AE, Rive, Lottie, Principle)
2. Experience with GSAP, WebGL, or other modern interaction libraries
3. Background in branding or product design
