Studio Freight is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to bring concepts to life through exceptional design execution for digital and campaign-based experiences. You’ll translate strategy and story into clear, compelling digital experiences, shaping layout, typography, interaction, and flow to create work that feels intentional and considered. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, copy, and development to carry ideas from concept through launch — all to help shape little slices of the worldwide web.

You’re confident presenting your work, comfortable iterating, and disciplined about finishing strong. You’re curious, articulate, and deeply detail-oriented — able to elevate the quality of the work by asking sharp questions, exploring smart options, and pushing toward the best possible outcome.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities.
- Owning digital design execution. You lead the creation of digital assets, including websites, apps, and interactive experiences, ensuring they meet strategic and creative goals.
- Guiding designers and collaborators. You provide feedback and support to other designers, and developers, to help them enhance their skills and contributions.
- Driving creative strategy. You align design execution with strategic objectives, ensuring consistency with client goals and brand identity.
- Presenting to clients and stakeholders. You prepare and confidently deliver presentations that communicate design solutions and rationale effectively.
- Collaborating across teams. You work with cross-disciplinary collaborators, like designers and strategists and developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Learning and innovating. You stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to projects.
- Preparing projects for promotion. You prepare projects for compelling presentation to help bolster the reputation of the studio and the opportunities it can get.
- Maintaining design standards. You ensure that all work adheres to the studio’s creative benchmarks and expectations.
- Managing multiple priorities. You juggle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines.
