🌍 Seeking Expert 3D Web Designer/Team for Immersive, World-Class Real Estate Website

We are The Ellitan Group, a premier real estate firm based in the United States, specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and business sales. We are looking for a visionary designer or development team to completely reimagine our website (ellitan.com) into a 3D immersive digital experience.

🧠 Project Vision:

We want to create a futuristic, interactive 3D world that users can explore — where buildings represent our services (residential, commercial, property management, business sales, etc.) and each section is rich with animation, storytelling, and intuitive interaction. Think of it as a virtual city or digital world — powerful, immersive, and visually unforgettable.

🎯 We're Looking For:

1. A top-tier web design/development studio or highly skilled individual(s) with a portfolio of 3D web experiences
2. Mastery of tools like Three.js, WebGL, GSAP, Spline, or similar
3. Experience building immersive websites
4. UI/UX expertise to guide users through a complex digital environment
5. The ability to deliver world-class aesthetics, interactivity, and performance
6. Excellent communication and project management skills

🛠 Preferred Stack (not required but a plus):

1. Webflow for CMS/backend
2. React/Next.js for structure and performance
3. Three.js/Babylon.js for 3D rendering
4. Blender/Figma/Adobe tools for design collaboration

📍 Project Scope:

1. Discovery & concept phase
2. Full 3D design and development
