As a Junior UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will include supporting the team on website redesigns for new clients, enhancing design systems and existing websites for retainer clients.

A sharp attention to detail, a love for beautiful and bespoke designs, and enthusiasm for collaborating with fellow designers are essential.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Work alongside the design team to create unique design systems from scratch or follow existing guidelines for E-commerce sites.
2. Design within or without brand guidelines with the vision to push these as far as possible.
3. Design pixel-perfect modular components for different breakpoints.
4. Create low & high-fidelity prototypes, considering animations and micro-interactions.
5. Document design systems and work alongside the development team to ensure designs are being built correctly.

Core Skills

1. You are experienced in using Figma
2. You have experience in Photoshop and in After Effects or other prototyping tools
3. You have examples of high-quality design work that you can show us, and explain the research and process behind it
4. You possess strong visual communication skills
5. You understand basic e-commerce usability rules
6. You enjoy playing with animation and visual interaction
7. You have a keen interest in fashion and luxury
8. You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with other designers
9. You have excellent verbal and written English
10. You are curious and enjoy learning new skills
11. You enjoy researching and exploring design principles
12. You have an eye for detail

Details

This is a full-time position with the possibility to work remotely in the UK time zone.

Our London team is embracing hybrid work and goes to the office 2 to 3 times a week.

Remote workers will be expected to join our London team for workshops and design presentations.
