Digital Brand Designer

Remote, Central US time zone, $ 3,000-$ 4,000 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time contractor.

Roboto Studio is a boutique digital studio working with US clients, primarily SaaS companies. We’re looking for an experienced brand designer with strong taste and the ability to turn a visual identity into a compelling digital experience.

You’ll take ownership of brand projects from initial direction through to the websites and assets we deliver.

Your work will include:

1. Developing visual identities, including typography, colour, imagery, iconography and brand guidelines.
2. Translating brand direction into wireframes for SaaS marketing websites.
3. Creating polished case studies, mockups and marketing assets.
4. Building and maintaining design systems and tokens.
5. Collaborating with clients and developers to deliver thoughtful, practical design.

We’d love to see a portfolio that demonstrates strong brand thinking and a great eye for colour theory, and it would be a huge bonus if you understand animation language. Experience with SaaS or technology brands is particularly relevant, as you will be working mainly on marketing sites. That said, out-of-the-box, brutalist designs and unconventional patterns are equally attractive as long as they enhance a brand.

You should be confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, comfortable owning projects independently, and fluent in professional English. You’ll need to explain your ideas clearly and respond thoughtfully to feedback from the clients. UI design and motion skills would be another strong bonus point.

We offer remote working, 21 days of annual leave plus national holidays, and support for professional development and an annual bonus. The role starts with a three-month paid contract, with the opportunity to continue long-term if the fit is mutual.
