Interview: Squarespace Design Manager Andre Ribeiro on Working In-house, Machine Learning & AR
Andre Ribeiro joined us after his talk at Awwwards Conference New York, to tell us about what he's learnt from leading the web design team at Squarespace, working closely with developers, and his thoughts about AR and Machine Learning.
I think the biggest challenge right now is understanding how those technologies can play out in our day-to-day life, like cryptocurrencies or social networks, how those different ways of interacting, moving money and doing things will affect us as human beings, really understanding the social norms and and how we want to be as a society by having those enhanced capabilities.
