Really nice and responsive clean site, that loads fast with a good scroll frame rate. Easy to navigate, with a very good mobile version and with a good graceful degradation.
My biggest concern was regarding the semantics. Over use of <div> and <span> elements, that could easily be replaced with HTML elements who have semantic meaning. Almost doesn’t take advantage of the new HTML5 elements.

To improve:

- Semantics
- SEO. No social meta tags, could improve the alt description of some images, put the logo in a h element, etc.
- Would be nice to have a 404 page

The website uses some interesting effects and semantic HTML elements but it has some problems that could make it better from a dev point of view:
* CSS is loaded at the end of the page, even after some JavaScript code
* There are some semantic elements like figure and footer, but no nav, section, etc.

In the good side, the JS and CSS is minified, the website is responsive and the icons are SVG so they adapt nicely to any supported resolution.

I would:

- Keep the stylesheet in header and footer
- Minimize html Use "nav" tag instead of "ul" for navigation
- Use html5 validation for newsletter form
- Move inline scripts to js file
- Check why I see horizontal scrollbar on "Talent" page Design "404" page

I love:
- Desktop and Responsive design Usage of SVGs Performance
