Who we are today…

Matter Of Form are a full service digital agency, with an emphasis on the luxury and premium sectors. 

We build e-commerce, interactive campaigns, and web and mobile apps, as well as providing on-going digital marketing support that includes the management of both organic and paid search budgets. 

We’ve built multi-language, transactional sites for clients in the fashion and hospitality sectors. Our client list has included Cartier, Browns, Radley, Swarovski, Annabels, Niquesa Hotel Group, Petersham Nurseries and Musion amongst others.

Where we will be tomorrow…

We believe in long term relationships with our clients, and are looking to develop an analytics driven approach that will enable us to iterate, evolve and optimise our clients’ digital presence. 

We will be making a strong move to focussing solely on platform and product development. MOF are not in the digital space to provide clients with expensive ‘templated’ projects that serve a singular purpose. We should ensure every project solves a series of business problems and objectives.

Over the course of 2014 our growth will depend on providing our clients with proactive digital leadership. We see our Experience Lead hire as playing a key part in this transition.

The Role…

The Experience lead will play a key role in defining creative strategy for our clients as well as having a strong understanding of the design process.

You will be an instrumental part of pitch preparation, propose creative and innovative tech solutions for briefs and be responsible for planning and overseeing the production process. 

You will liaise closely with the Commercial Director, Creative Director and Project Manager to ensure the proposed vision is being met at every stage of the project lifecycle. Most importantly, you will be responsible for encouraging a collaborative approach, both within the team and with our clients.

Your deliverables…

Prepare workshops to understand the brand and their business objectives

Propose creative technology solutions to enhance a brief and enable the agency to develop cutting edge projects which deliver true value to customers

Produce personas, annotated wireframes, site-maps, user journeys, scenarios

Conduct testing on low and high fidelity prototypes

Define what a ‘picture of success’ looks like, and ensure the production and marketing objectives are constantly being met

Understand how to use analytics data to propose iterative development.

You will be…

Experienced in Omnigraffle/Axure (or alternative)

Experienced in Photoshop/Indesign. Impeccable presentation skills

Excellent at communication

Thorough, with astute attention to detail. Highly process driven approach to control the creative process.

Eager to have a voice in the industry

Some experience in design and preferably with basic HTML development skills. This role demands cross discipline understanding, so a wide experience range is preferable.

Excited to be instrumental in growing a small agency. We are at the beginning of the next growth curve

Agency experienced. Minimum 4 years, with experience leading a team.
