Momentum Duo

Nominee - Nov 24, 2014

Our heads have always moved to the rhythm of music. What if music could follow the movement of our heads? Thanks a face detection technology, Fred & Farid Shanghai has created for Sennheiser China a music video that can be controlled with the head movement. Simply by moving the head in front of the webcam from left to right, the video offers a different visual and audio experience: on one side the 14 years old Chinese piano prodigy A Bu playing his own composition with a female dancer following the music rhythm, and on the other the soprano Bingbing Wang along with a male dancer.
